Organisational structure

The NTC is organised around three portfolios (Strategy & Government Relations, Regulatory Reform & Emerging Technologies, Business & Resources). These portfolios are underpinned by streams of work which align with the strategic reform priorities of the Infrastructure and Transport Ministers Meeting.
