Make a submission to the NTC
Any individual or organisation can make a submission to the NTC. Where possible, you should
provide evidence, such as data and documentation, to support your views.
How to submit
If there are any documents currently open for public consultation, they will be listed in the table below.
To make an online submission, go to the ‘New comments to’ column in the table and select the name
of the NTC representative corresponding to the item you wish to comment on.
You will need to enter your NTC website login name and password to make an online submission.
If you are not registered, you can do so by selecting the ‘Register’ button. If you have forgotten your
login name and password, you can retrieve it by selecting the ‘Forgotten your password’ button.
Alternatively, you can mail your comments to: Chief Executive Officer, National Transport
Commission, Level 15/628 Bourke Street, MELBOURNE VIC 3000.
Publication of submissions
Unless submissions clearly request otherwise, all submissions will be published online. Submissions
that contain defamatory or offensive content will not be published. The Freedom of Information Act
1982 (Cwlth) applies to the NTC.
