Length Limits for B-Doubles Draft Regulatory Impact Statement

 

This Draft Regulatory Impact Statement has been prepared to follow on from the Discussion Paper circulated to State / Territory jurisdictions in February 2003.  This Draft RIS modifies the approach taken in the previous paper and addresses the concerns raised by jurisdictions.

 

Comments on the Draft RIS are invited prior to the preparation of a final RIS for consideration by Ministers.  They should be provided to the address below no later than 27 February 2004.
